Michael Blanco
Chief Executive Officer
Michael, a second-generation preschool owner, combines expertise in business and accounting as the leader of the Blanco Family of Schools and owns a boutique tax practice in Coral Gables, Florida. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, is a licensed CPA in Florida, and has gained experience working at the IRS and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Outside of work, Michael enjoys perfecting his espresso skills and getting lost in a good book.
Janel Blanco
Chief Operating Officer
Janel specializes in financial operations and strategic growth, with expertise in budget management, financial planning, and efficiency. Her leadership at Blanco Family of Schools and Miami’s tourism bureau has streamlined financial processes for sustainability. She holds a bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA. Outside of work, Janel loves exploring new places with her boys, inspired by her favorite show, Somebody Feed Phil, for her next travel adventure.
Laura Giralt
Director of Product Development
Laura specializes in financial strategy, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing profitability. With a bachelor’s in Marketing, she helps childcare businesses streamline operations, improve cash flow, and drive growth. Outside of work, Laura enjoys cheering on her kids at soccer games and exploring the world of real estate.
